This IS the absolutely perfect needle for those soft, powdery brows. The 8 round shader is a loose configuration so it spreads beautifully as it hits the skin spreading and dispersing pigment further apart, which results in soft, powdery effects. This is Teryn's go to needle for her powder brows.
