Pre-neutralized Iron Oxide Base colorants made for hair scalp and beard. They are already pre-neutralized to minimize gray/blue. However, dependent on client's base undertone, adding a small quantity of modifier may be necessary to avoid gray/blue. These pigment shades are INORGANICS & ORGANICS and contain colorants that CANNOT be used near the eye or eyebrow area.
