Placing an Order 

You can place an order through our online store. In order to maintain accuracy, we can no longer accept orders over the phone or by email or messenger.

We have a dedicated team of Artist Support that are always ready and willing to help. Artist Support is available Monday - Saturday 10am to 6pm Pacific Time. 

When do you Ship? 

We ship Monday through Thursday. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days... yep we are fast! Our warehouse business days are Monday through Thursday. If we receive your order before noon (PST) there is a good chance your order will ship that day, if not next business day. 

When Girlz Ink is running a sale and volume is extraordinarily high, it could take up to 3 days to process and ship your order. We appreciate your patience during these times. 

Can I Cancel my order? 

We process and ship orders so fast that we cannot guarantee that and in many cases it's just not possible. To find out for sure please call us at (702)809-8237 and email [email protected].

Can I Add or Remove an Item from my Order?

Kind of, sort of! We offer free shipping on your first order if you spend $100 or more! Use the code NEWCUSTOMER. This is valid for US customers only.

Do you Offer Trainer Discounts?

Yes, we do. We are trainers ourselves here at Girlz Ink and we value all trainers. Please email us at [email protected] for more information on receiving a trainer discount. 

Expedited Shipping 

We offer expedited shipping. Expedited orders can only be shipped Monday thru Thursday. Expediated orders must be called in right after placing the order, please have your order number ready so we can provide you with pricing quotes. Call (702)809-8237 (Pacific Time). 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items, size and weight of your order. 

Please also note, that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

Tracking my Order? 

When placing an order on our store,  you will need to provide us with an email in order for your purchase to be processed. Please make sure you enter the correct email address to receive tracking on your order. If you enter the incorrect email address you will not receive tracking ability. 

You will receive an email confirmation of your order along with your tracking information. 

You are responsible for monitoring your shipment/tracking. 

If the package can not be delivered by the carrier, it will be taken to a local post office, UPS, or FedEx Facility. Please use the tracking information provided and pick up your package in a timely manner or it may be returned to us. 

If the package is not picked up in a timely manner and is returned to sender, you are responsible for the repayment of shipping the package back to you.  

Returns by Carrier

If a package is returned by the carrier due to insufficient address, addressee unknown, package not claimed, or any other reason given, we will contact you. If you do not respond within 30 days, we will automatically refund you for the order minus our 15% restocking fee. 

My Tracking says my Packaged Delivered but I Didn't get it? 

Make sure that you have checked your tracking information to see if the package has actually been dropped off and if it was dropped off at your home or to the local post office. We encourage you to wait about 12 hours, the carrier could be a little bit late ...it happens. If after 12 hours you still have not received your package please feel free to call us at (702)809-8237 to assist.  

Packages That Are Lost, Stolen, Damaged or Missing Items. 

Once a package leaves Girlz Ink and is with the carrier, Girlz Ink is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages or missing items. No refund or exchanges will be made on lost, stolen or damaged packages or missing items. 

If your package has been lost, stolen, damaged or is missing items it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. 

You may want to consider adding insurance to your order for your protections. We do take photos of each order prior to packing it to ensure quality control and accuracy. Please email us at [email protected] with [email protected] cc'd or call us at (702)809-8237 to add insurance to your order. 

Ooops, I put the Wrong Address on my Order. 

Don't worry, it happens. If your package doesn't make it to you, it will get sent back to us at Girlz Ink. Sorry, but you will have to pay the fees for shipping it out again. Always double and triple check your address, email and all information your are inputting before you complete your purchase. 

Do I have to Sign for Orders? 

For the safety of your package, all orders over $200 will require a signature from you. 

How Much Will Shipping Cost? 

The US 

We charge a $12 flat rate for all US orders no matter how big or how small your order is. Spend $200 to get FREE shipping.

If you add insurance or expedite your order this will increase your shipping fee, please call us at (702)809-8237 for a quote. 


Due to increased shipping costs we're charging all orders to Canada $70 for shipping. The customer will be responsible for paying all duties. 

International Shipping 

Additional Shipping: Additional custom fees may be charged to you depending on your country. You are responsible for any additional fees. We are unable to devalue your package so it will go out as full value. 

Please note due to high international shipping fees we do not ship partial orders out of the country (USA). If all of your items are not in stock we do not ship until all pieces are available to ship. We are also only exclusively able to ship Pigments, Li-FT® and numbing products due to high shipping fees. If you are interested in a machine or another product not listed, please email us at [email protected] for a quote as your shipping fees will increase. 

Due to some laws and restrictions, and to honor our international distributors, unfortunately we are not able to ship to all international counties. Please see the list of countries below that we can ship to: 

Austria, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cypress, Finland, France, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Japan, Kosovo, Maldives, Malta, Moldova, Monico, Slovenia, Switzerland, US Outline Islands, and Vatican City.
