Description: A light, almost white color with a pink undertone. This color is only used for the "French Eyeliner" effect which is not popular in the U.S but very popular in other parts of the world.

Notice: Be advised that once the dark eyeliner naturally fades out, the white Highliner will remain. This could be problematic. Always advise the client accordingly before using this product.
