Li Pigments Velvet - Beautiful Blonde 15ml

Base : Warm Yellow with a small amount of Red. Inorganic & Organic

A warm, deep blonde to light brown color. Great for Fitzpatrick I-III skin types.  This is a fantastic color for strawberry blondes and light red heads.  Can add to other target colors to add additional warmth. CI 77499, CI 77491, CI77492, CI 77891, CI 19140:1
